Downward Pressure On Newbuild Prices

Recommended Posts

Guest rigsby II

Someone bought this new-build earlier this year for £162,000.

They are now trying to sell it for £166,950

Only problem is, the builder is still having problems selling them and he's now selling identical ones for £145,000

I took a nosey around in August and they offered it me for £132,000 - so I guess thats the actual price.

It only takes someone to break ranks with prices and down they go...

Mmm, 30,000 loss in less than a year... renting sure is dead money.

not quite right, cleaners, the cod stocks are almost exhausted.

Do you want chips with your chips?

The complete starch meal is called a chip butty.

Hi RigsbyII,

Given your knowledge of the local area, what do you think is the "right" price for somewhere like this, i.e. the price you would buy at.
