With current PC's you don't need to keep replacing them, a 5 year old desktop will still perform well doing most work tasks it's only on high end gear for video editing etc... you probably need to keep replacing.

However great management doing it just before Christmas.

And then you shove an SSD and some RAM in it and off you go again for another 4 years.

Absolutely. SSD is some of the best money you'll ever spend on tech. Although 4k screen is also nice with a graphics card to run it...just sayin'...

Used to have an account with Misco for occasional install jobs. Same sales rep used to ring me every week only to be told I would ring them if I needed anything. Complete waste of space.

I've been having these types of calls from other vendors, a complete waste of time. They get a new staff member in and it seems the first task is to ring everyone and introduce themselves.

Yes, and turnover of annoying staff means calls at least every couple of months.
