This is good news if you have ever been woken by a pair of policemen at 9am on a Sunday morning, due to a couple of squabbling pi$$heads having rammed one trough the back window of your car during the night. Did look kind of funny though (some years ago).

Of couse, all the locals heard something happening ~2am for 20 minutes but saw nothing and did nothing . Car/burgler alarms are over rated IMO.

Happy New Year :P

The rentrification of Bournemouth continues.

Give it a few years and Mudeford will be another Boscombe.

Actually, there is one trend that'll save the town but not the house prices.

I've noticed it more in Scarborough.

The free money train for B+B benefit scum seems to have slowed down, if not halted.

The local councils are refusing to cough up asking rents, or even house people with no local connection.

Car alarms are for the car owner only.

When I hear one that is not mine, and its carries on going off, I tend to wish there is a person breaking into the car and is going to steal it.
