Next Door Neighbour Selling Up Today

Recommended Posts

Cut a long story short

Our next door neighbour passed away July 04, house goes on the market in Sept, and after numerous buyers dropping out it finally sells in July 05 for £15k less than asking.

No one moved in, but last week the garage is demolished, along with the summer house and shed.

In the front garden, the front wall is demolished and the lawn is covered over with gravel to create a large front hardstanding whilst major building work is carried out (plans submitted and approved)

Yesterday there were four estate agents visiting the property and it's now on the market. The owners existing 4 bed prop has had two consecutive buyers pull out despite a £15k drop in price.

A SIPPS pull out?
