2.4% YOY, or in real terms no change in prices over past 12 months.

no change MOM = real terms price falls.

The point I really wanted to make is that the RPI is currently 2.4% so in real terms the Nationwide is about to go YOY negative.

Halifax must be busy with their alternative view of the house market? What do you think their spin on the market will be for their next reporting period period? UP 2.3%? :lol::D:blink:
