Paragon Mortages are one of the propossed leaders in the SIPPs property investments..

John Heron, Paragon’s Director of Mortgages, comments:

“We have been working on this initiative for over two years. It is very clear to us that this is not just another buy-to-let product. There are significant new challenges and issues as well as opportunities for investors, intermediaries and lenders. We want to be sure that SIPPs customers are professionally advised by intermediaries who are fully up to speed on this new initiative. For this reason, buy-to-let SIPP mortgages will only be available through intermediaries who have registered with Paragon Mortgages and Mortgage Trust and have access to all the information we will be publishing on SIPPs and lending products over the coming weeks.”

Cheap shots at this guy.

and remember. willing to sacrifice the economic future of the country and to get us to subsidise his customers home purchases through our taxes in an effor to ensure that we would never have our own home..

Personally.. I think it would be amusing to wind him up a little.

Don't use your work E-mail though..

Life is full of simple joys..

Cool is it not..

I have been deffending Sipps saying that they would be too damaging and too much free money.. that the government would never let it happen in property..

I had no concise argument.. didn't know what I was talking about.. all very complicated.

Of course being dumb panned out..

I was right..

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha :):)
