Anyone On Here Used To Own This ?

Looks like a shitty old pub.

Wouldn't look at it around here for >£80k - seriously, it's just a very old decrepit 2 bedroom house that in all honestly required pulling down and rebuilding.

If the land's worth £300k, then you need to move unless your earning £150k/yr joint for a menial job.

I've a car and a motobike in the way that I don't want to shift at 8:00 in the morning just to get my wheelie bin out. So it stays at the front.

We've had them about a year round hear and they beat the hell out of the mess caused by foxes and cats ripping open bin liners. Still on weekly collection too.... at the moment.

Round here the food waste (i.e. what the cats, gulls and various corvids are after) goes in a dinky little caddy which lives in the back garden and goes out on the pavement once a week. Everything else goes in plastic bags and gets left alone by the wildlife.

Damn good job, really, as we have no front garden (front of house directly on pavement). I wouldn't fancy pulling a wheelie bin through my house to the front, or round from the back garden, having to negotiate locked gates.
