Impact Of Stamp Duty Changes In Autumn 2014 Budget

Assuming that the seller takes all the gain/loss, and adds to/subtracts from the price, I'd expect a price rise of +0.6% on average below 930K (but varying from 0 to +2% depending where you are), and just below 2M, -2.7%... just above 2M, -0.7%, 10M+ -4%..
