I always see repo when I see the 'in receipt of an offer for the sum of' wording.

Got a headache. Is this the same place, meaning it sold for less than 2002 purchase price? I've only glanced checked.

Wowwwww check it out..... !

I always roll my eyes at those on Zoopla with houses not for sale, but who have put a 'Tempt Me' on their sold price data at zoopla. (Owner can add other info at Zoopla, and put Tempt Me price on.

Phil Martin's place? Or one of this houses.

Phil Martin's place? Or one of this houses.

what I find interesting is that if you look closely, the house looks pretty unlived in. Look at the stair carpet. Look at the grasses pocking through the paving.

I suspect a foreign owner, maybe never visited. Died/disappeared?

What a scandal when a great sized place like that is underused...

He might not have been the one to buy that house in 2002 (although he could have been); one of his company (before his bankruptcy) did certain deals with other owners. Maybe he acquired control of it that way, to live in (or maybe not).

Then his new business activity, out of bankruptcy, seems to have been property focussed too.

On one of these updates threads, some Property Tribes members also seem to think the house above was obtained by PM on a lease deal (or by one of the companies he was running via lease deal).

Innocent until proven guilty though.

Property Tribes:

Thames Valley Police have just made the following announcement concerning Phil Martin.

Leading to fun and games in the property-world - won't quote anything here - but leave their stories and speculation to their own forum on sensitive matters:
