Bankers' Bonuses: Blow To Uk's Cap Challenge

Recommended Posts

Well, as if anyone needs any convincing, but if you weren't sure before with the wording of the above statement you can be sure who's side the BBc are on.

That headline should read IMHO:

"Joy as bankers bonuses capped" followed by, "Why are these thieves being allowed freedom after ripping off the country".

"The cap restricts bonuses to 100% of banker's pay or 200% with shareholder approval."

Boo Hoo.

And, who is fighting this injustice for these poor bankers. GEORGE OSBORNE, using the PUBLIC'S MONEY.,

When will the prosecutions from 2007 begin ?

As Gordon Brown declared in January 2009: now isn't the time to apportion blame.

Dont fret. Your mate Farage will pull you out of the stupid EU so he can pay his Citeh chums whatever they like.

Surely if UKIP got in we'd bail on the EU and then bankers could pay themselves whatever massive bonus they fancy? After all, 200% clearly isn't enough for some of them.

But yeah... this highlights who the Tory party are fighting for. And it's not us.

Why is Osbourne devoting so much money fighting this?

Is this a trick question. Is the answer = because he's a c*u*n*t?

Bloody EU interfering with the UK way of life, next they'll be meddling with BTL and the UK will lose not one but both of it's main industries. Vote UKIP, save our bankers bonuses, save our BTL.

Why is Osbourne devoting so much money fighting this?

He seems to be spinning it that limiting bonuses will make bankers take more risks - because regular pay will be increased instead - and regular pay can't be clawed back at a later date so they know they can take risks with impunity - so by fighting for bankers' bonuses he is actually fighting for stability in the financial system :lol:
