6(5) bed town house not in the town....worth £150K tops. (IMHO)
The last time prices started to collapse we didn't have property bee. This new phase of the crash will be immortalised in a database.

I hate the Upton development, just horrible. I've parked across the way from that very building a few times, remember thinking it was a thoroughly soulless place. £250K to live there, shocking.

The only excuse for this bad architecture is greed. You could build a gorgeous family home for that money. Little windows are always a sign of cost cutting as glass is more expensive than brick.

I wander what cut price horrors lie behind the brickwork? the turf too is piss poor.

The contemporary design makes it look like a modern prison or mental hospital.

And on the inside. Clinical, brilliant white. Everywhere.

How do you know that the EA just didn't post the price wrong and the seller emailed the agent once they saw it on the site to correct it ?

My guess is that 90% of the messing around with prices observed is simply people correcting mistakes rather than any sort of active attempt to make the property more attractive.

My exact thoughts - a prison, complete with floodlights to prevent escape.

It has all the appeal of a freshly clubbed seal.

They never used to build 6 bed houses, unless they were massive mansion type things...im guessing these are meant to appeal to Mohammed and his three wives and dozen sprogs, or HMO eastern euro rentals.

Either way, probably the ghettos of the future.
