Borderline Desperate Selling

Recommended Posts

I originally started getting emails for this property in July, back then the asking price was £360k 3 bed and every month or so I'd get updates on it.

Fastfoward 4 months I see its still on the market with price dropped to £330k (I guess the dirty mattress in the back garden stopped it being snapped up).

So a quick search on Zoopla I see every agent in the area has it, marketed with different prices, number of beds and rental incomes.

As a 5 Bed! http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/32947827

£330k For Students! http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/29768794

£335k if you want http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/35067301

£340k Just added http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/35053974

£345k http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/34458563

Marketed for everyone! I'd like to think its a sign of desperation but in reality he is probably just casting many fishing lines waiting for the big fish, until then he'll continue to rent it to students.

We have been checking out the market over the last week. On saturday we viewed 9 houses, today the wife viewed 10.

Agents are sitting around doing nothing and tnothing is selling. We are being shown £275k houses and being told that the vendor will take £250k after being on the market for just a month.

There has only been one house with multiple viewings and that was a premium houses ina sought after location.

The market has certainly turned since easter.
