Impact Of Gbs Proposals On Hps ?

Recommended Posts

House building is to be stepped up from 150,000 to 200,000 per year for the next 10 years. Apparently we are getting flooded with immigrants: For example 1 in 200 of the UK population is now Polish - doing the jobs we don't want to do.

There is the FTB incentive scheme where only 75% has to be paid for. Isn't this just the same proposal that GB announced back in July ?

What impact does these two things have on future house prices ?
