Austin Allegro
We have a butcher's shop near here called Harrison's. I believe it's because the owner's surname is Harrison. On old shops you used to see signs which said, something like 'Smith's Butchers' then underneath in smaller letters, 'Late Jones' (or whatever the business used to be called. So even if this chap is forced to change his shop name I can't see how he could be prevented from putting 'Late Black' underneath.

Austin Allegro
Ok.. Anyone care to educate an old duffer as to exactly what all this talk of "barber shops" is all about? Euphemism? I believe in addition to fronts for drug dealing and prostitution they are also used as shell-businesses for some sort of benefits fraud but I can't recall how it works.
