Spam Email C/o Guardian Paper Today For "family Mortgage"

Recommended Posts

Received an email today addressed to "Guardian reader" - I think they must have got my email from a comment made on a property article at some point so they have decided I have an interest in property.

The email extoling the virtue of a "family mortgage" seems to link back to a piece of PR masquerading as journalism they posted in July

http://www.theguardian.com/money/2014/jul/19/family-building-society-mortgage

Allows up to 12 family members to contribute to a mortgage guarantee.

So now even the Guardian is trying to persuade people into debt slavery rather than challenge the need for it?

12 Guarantors, comedy gold. Family destroying mortgage if it goes wrong more like. #10 on the list Grandad pleads poverty knowing next in line is cousin Alf who criticized Isa's roast potatoes on Christmas Day 1968.

:-)
