Presumably they have used that money to fund further council housing programmes in order to upgrade and increase the stock so they can best match the needs of the local people they serve? No? :rolleyes:

Using non-propaganda-based accounting methods, Northampton Borough Council lost millions of pounds by selling £10m worth of assets for £7m cash.
