From Zoopla there only appears to be very few larger houses like that one in the same postcode - mostly pretty standard housing stock in the same postcode.

One of the larger such houses went up for sale (and possibly sold) via Express Estate Agency in 2012.

Quite a few houses up for sale in same postcode too - including what appears to be newbuilds. I only know the area for the horses/racecourse.
