It just shows you how house price inflation there has been for almost 10 years. Though in reality there should have been a resonable amount of deflation given the extreme credit bubble of 2006!

The bulls can stick the doubles every 7 years in their wage inflation pipe and smoke it. At least with interest rates now at 0% we will finally start to see deflation, don;t forget those 2006 prices were at 5% base rate.
