Historic Weather Data

Recommended Posts

Hi, does anyone know where I can get historic weather data (rain and temperature) for the UK, specifically in Somerset?

I'm looking to obtain some data round about last week of the July and first week of August.

Any ideas appreciated!

You can access historical aviation METARS for any station between given dates, if that helps. It won't give the amount of rain, but will give you temperatures, cloud, wind and whether it was raining or not. For example, this is Yeovilton for that time period...

You can find decoding info on the web.
