Theres a much niver house on that page for less than £500k! So another few hundred thousand to comme off that one.

BTW, where is Sutton Coldfield? Is it north of London? :rolleyes:

Not much happening at the lower end of the market in the Midlands. Very little in the way of new listings and just token reductions of £5k or less.

This has been through the auction and not sold, possibly twice.

The unit cant be rented out to a 3rd party. Shame about the locale as its a pretty decent space.

Yep, it is hugely overpriced due to its location on a busy junction right by some shops IIRC.

How do you know it has been to auction?

It was in Symonds and Sampson auction on July 31st i think. But they only put up the lots they actually sold in their results... :o

I takes a bit of finding on streetview, but as far as i can recall its opposite a breakers yard.

I've met a few people from there, and they make a point of speaking really slowly and non-brummy.... as if they want do sound "posh" (god I hate that word!). As someone who was born in brum I can understand their motivation... left brum when I was 2..... phew!
