I think Foxtons will go through CVL and enter liquidation - No one is going to use them and property is becoming less transacted 

 

This time next March they will be finished

What’s the case for and are they defending it

Its been going on an unbelievable 2.5 years!  Yes they are defending and are hopeless submitting their paperwork to the courts who annoying let them get away with it!    The issue I had with them is two fold.... Repayment of management fee for basically doing bugger all and I cancelled this very early on into a tenancy and rather unbelievably they were using the flat!  A foreign tenant paid 18 in advance and never moved in as changed his mind on moving to London, they had the keys and at the "end of the tenancy" when I wanted to relet it was discovered they had been using!
