Yes they are defending and are hopeless submitting their paperwork to the courts who annoying let them get away with it! The issue I had with them is two fold.... Repayment of management fee for basically doing bugger all and I cancelled this very early on into a tenancy and rather unbelievably they were using the flat! A foreign tenant paid 18 in advance and never moved in as changed his mind on moving to London, they had the keys and at the "end of the tenancy" when I wanted to relet it was discovered they had been using!
