Nearly 6 % down today so far

Dividend date come and gone...share price following.

Down 13% since start of June. Dividend payment was end of may was it not ?

No, wasn't interested.

I have to admit I was tempted as the price ramped up when the divi was announced.

I decided against as I dont see any value in an estate agency company with a few offices being valued at 100's of millions of pounds.
