Incidentally, we're a whisker above 50% wiped off the peak value in less than seven months. Here's hoping the property market follows a similar trend...

I suspect it might.

My property bee wasn;t working, thought something was up last week, and i've just re-installed it and created a new log in,

Doing my search today I realised.....IT'S CARNAGE OUT THERE.

Now that the share price fall is in the public domain, expect a sizeable rally.

From the woulda coulda shoulda corner:

Should have caveated that the general market would not also fall.

FTSE 100 -0.5%

Foxtons -3.5%

I don't think it's being led down.

Wishful thinking D. The entire market is having a flush.

What a strange post anyway.

Never suggested FOXT wasn't falling just that likely it would bounce now in mainstream. No guarantees.

What is strange about pointing out that Foxton's is falling at 7x the rate that the FTSE is in response to your previous post?

52 Week Low 187.50 52 Week Low Date 16-OCT-2014

Gone well past half now.

Someone's only just realised the whole thing is not sustainable.

I expect we will see panic selling in London soon.
