A Bit O/t But Has Anyone Used Plotfinder Or The Like ?

Recommended Posts

Just wondered if it was £50 well spent or like another one I signed up to which gave me a list of local auctions

With plots always look at the fine print of what they are offering. There was one company that was offering plots without planning for about 10K, but wrote into the contrac that they got some horrific % of the value of the (developed) value plot if sold on. So you could end up giving away the 1/2 your house for nothing but clever speculation.

Buildstore is the on that is best and lists only plots with planning permission (or tells you if they don't and they are rare). It also has other resources for self builders.
