You have to check this out people.

Apparently it is for sale. I have not bothered checking RM. I will let the images speak for themselves.

Simply fexking horrible. Reminds me of nothing more than the prison in which the suvivors hole up in The Walking Dead. No human touches at all.

Jesus wept. I'd give them an award right up their bottoms.

Simply horrid. The views would distract only for a short time. Its a converted water installation obviously and they weren't allowed to put a proper home in its place.

Flat roofed, polished concrete boxes cum garages are to architect what xxxx foams are to chefs - they all do it and they are fcking stupid idea.

Isn't Stormy Castle where Peppa Pig goes?

Still, lots of work for a flat roof fixed 10 year down the line.

Nothing wrong with the design of modern properties, nothing wrong with the design of Victorian properties, etcetera - they are of their time and for me it's the build quality that counts. I don't really agree with negative comments about what other people like and we have plenty of old buildings in this country if that's what you like - all sounds a bit nimby.

They don't use felt on roofs anymore - modern membranes have been on some buildings in extreme climates for 50 years and show no signs of failing. The problem with early modern buildings is that the technology didn't match the dream - now technology has caught up.
