Always Have A Look Next Door...

Recommended Posts

This is a house that genuinely came up in my search area:

OK - so what's the big deal?

Go to streetview - turn left and look at the neighbouring industrial unit.

Eek!

That's enough to make you moooooo-ve

On streetview there are 3 houses for sale there out of 5?

That bend looks a blind spot coming either way - wouldn't fancy having to try and get in and out of my drive on those bends. So is the bend or the industrial unit why people are selling?

Looks like the industrial unit may be a farm, and houses an abattoir

Standard procedure is to move in, then start making anonymous complaints to the local authorities about smelly cows, noise etc.

According to Zoopla, that property sold for £110,000 in November 2013, although it was described as requiring modernisation. £179,000 is a bit optimistic IMO
