Sold for £1.1million, summer 2013. Stuck an extension on it, lick of paint/floorboards/cheap bathrooms with no thought to the layout upstairs. Foxtons were listing for £1.9mill and now with Hamptons at the same price - guess the vendor thinks the change of agent will pull in clientele willing to waste money?!

WTF?!

I think it's worth £1.5million at best even in the current frothy market.

^^ It's got the hired in very shiny Discovery outside so you're forgetting that adds at least £150k to the price.

Ha ha. Look how they've managed to find a day where the road isn't chock-a-block with other cars, and they've been able to park the hire car bang outside the house rather than half a mile down the road.

You are spot on - on the day I viewed it I couldn't get a parking space and had to park a few streets away :D

The Discovery is just comedy!
