10,500sqft for 1.25million is ~£120/sqft. That is probably less than build cost.

Divided into 5 separate homes of ~2000sqft each (still big), they would be £250K each. How does that compare for the local area?

The floorplan says nearer 9400 sqft (and they include a 90ft wide patio area in the calculation) :blink:
