Was 3 flats knocked into 1, orginally broke the price tag record 8 years ago selling for £1m! I live about half a mile away and it isn't in the nicest of areas despite the river views and proximity to leisure facilities.

For that £1.5m asking price I would much prefer a larger freehold house a bit out of town (starting to show my age now!).

I didn't think there was anywhere that expensive in Norwich!

Good point! There is one house at £1.1m and another at £1m. This penthouse is starting to look obscenely overpriced. <_<

Still...if the oligarchs fancy an alternative location to London as a 'safe' for their 'earnings' then this place might fit the bill.

The freehold terraced houses across the road sold for less that one tenth the current asking price of the penthouse.
Looking at the asking prices of some of the flats in the same development, it appears that losses have been made. Is it the fickle housing market or is it the over-hyped price of the new builds in 2007?
Apartment 403, Albion Mill, King Street, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 2BU
£325,000 Flat, Leasehold 18 May 2012 £425,000 Flat, Leasehold 16 Apr 2007

£100k loss - ouch!
