Apologies its a Wail link, but I liked it!

Selfridges 'refuse to deliver £450 Mulberry bag to financial consultant's £500,000 Brixton flat because the area was too risky'
  • Leila Daswani, 22, bought the 'Henry’ gym bag - also owned by Harry Styles
  • But 24 hours later she was told she didn't 'meet validation requirements'
  • Then Selfridges customer services told her she lived in a 'risky postcode'

This was the most shocking bit for me:

He said: 'In 2001, the Borough of Lambeth had 64,682 registered voters. In 2013 this figure had risen to 284,000 which in itself speaks volumes about the changes to the area and local demographic seen over the past decade.

^ In 12 years - an increase of 220,000 registered voters in one borough alone? Holy crap!

Must be the three main parties trying to rig election results by registering loads of 'virtual' new voters that will vote via post...

nothing to do with delivery, its getting shop credit I suspect, from and on-line purchaser. didnt bother to read the article.

How could that be possible in such a densely populated area?

2001 census Lambeth: 266,169

2011 census: 303,086
