Biggest Price Cut Of The Week

somone has taken on more debt than they can afford and is now bricking it.... wondering if there really is a greater fool after all!

There are two in the same street - similar type of houses sold recently. One in Nov 13 for £219K and the other in Aug 13 for £201K. These jokers were asking for £450K - more than double!.

What IS interesting is that both of the above sold for LESS than previously bought in 2007

It's much easier to find these on zoopla, as they show the date and time of the price cut.

Where I'm looking, 37 of 131 in my category have had their prices reduced (you can select on the left hand side). Sometimes it's just a move from £500,000 to £499,950 or similar. But normally it's £15-25k

they have probably both been turned into 2 flats, and the sales last year are for one of the flats
