Came across this vid in an article on the Dark Enlightenment movement, which seems to be well known in tech circles - I suppose a few on this forum will be aware of it. Seems like a load of libertarian blowhard stuff. The article is scathing.

There are two videos linked.

The first confirms we're dealing with nutters.

But the second is interesting: "Law is going to become code."

don't think I agree with your synopsis

pretty interesting lecture in all honesty, and he does raise a few good points about the need to decentralise from beaurocrats.

Not saying I agree with the article, but the first vid is nuts in my view. Didn't watch it all, so I could be nuts.

The second video is true science fiction - how we might live with technology developments.
