Recommended Posts

Many were in London, but more and more provincial towns and suburbs have become millionaire hotspots.

GWYNETH REES traces 33 homes sold for more than £1 million on just one day: January 31.

When i was selling property abroad pre 2007 i used to wonder where the people were getting the money from to buy these crappy off plan flats (folk from ROI bought 50%), then when the credit crunch came and it was shown that it was all just borrowed money that could never be paid back my question was answered.

Im betting things are the same now.
