Ecb To Raise Interest Rates To 3% By Mid-2006

Recommended Posts

Don't worry, it's different here. Just because house prices are crashing around the world doesn't mean they will in the UK, thanks to our low interest rates/high employment/high immigration/sophisticated mortage lending/house-owning democracy (delete as applicable).

That would mean a 50% increase in mortgage payments to numpties who are scraping it at the moment :lol:

I will feel sorry for those recent buyers that get pushed over the edge. They have been conned into mortgaging themselves to the hilt, so that they don't "miss the boat". :( Many are young families, just starting out in life. It will be very sad.

I will NOT feel sorry for the lazy nouveau riche muppets who think that their house is their "pension fund", and expect the young to pay for it.

For every five first time buyers struggling through the Dublin traffic, another undeserving CTT (Celtic Tiger Tosser) tees off on the Algarve.
