Charity Shop Lowers House Prices Nimby

Recommended Posts

Just seen this on the local news.

Basically the charity put a sign in the shop window offering jeans for £1.50 and some disgruntled local put an angry missive through their door.

how nice of them to decide it must be 'a man' complaining.

I saw this too and was about to post it.

We don't think it is humour then? Someone from here?

Could be like the fake planning applications but for the time being it is assumed real.

Its certainly gained the charity a lot of attention.

Penwortham is really underserved with shops. Its just a main road with a few crappy shops and then council estates, bale hostels and mixed housing. And it's built on a bog.
