Express: Housing Equity -> Pensions

Wierdly, featured on the BBC in the papers. Well, I guess its the beebs housing article.

I thought the Express were saying people were going to take money out of their pension and put it in to housing.

The article is advertorial for equity release.

Oh this comment's a classic, beyond satire:

Incidently, hearing on the grapevine that most pension withdrawals will be p1ssed away on sustaining an unaffordable lifestyle. Which, when you see the yields and voids of BTLs, is probably a much more sound financial investment.
