Bunga-Loaded! Tatty Single-Storey House On Sandbanks Millionaires' Row Goes On The Market For £2.25Million

Bunga-loaded! Tatty single-storey house on Sandbanks millionaires' row goes on the market for £2.25MILLION
  • The bungalow would only be worth £200,000 is most areas of the country
  • It comes with permission to knock down the existing home and replace it with a luxury three-storey beach house
  • Architects estimate the new home could fetch £4million when completed
  • It comes with its own private beach accessible through the back garden

On the face of it, it is a modest bungalow that would be worth no more than £200,000 in most parts of the country.

But looking at it from another point of view - literally - it's easy to see why the small property has gone on the market for more than 10 times that amount.

The tatty bungalow, situated on the millionaire's resort of Sandbanks, backs onto Poole Harbour and boasts its own private beach and stunning views.

The 1,100 sq ft detached home was built in the 1950s and has three bedrooms, a bathroom, dining room, living room, kitchen and sun room.

More property porn about what you can make renovating.

So £2.25m just for the land seeing as you'd be pulling down the 3 bed bungalow.
