Good point made to Rosie from a man in the audience ...that it is stupid to speculate on property, as it is illiquid and if you need the money, you can't get at it!

A footballer on this show lost £10 million in property deals!! :o

Lee Hendrie - lived near me, just google him for loads of stories on his losses. He's still richer than you or I, mind.

God, he looks ill though.

God, he looks ill though.

Indeed....looks like earning all that money did his health no good.

:o now we have a woman on, who went into £1600 of debt just to buy her kids presents!!

Unbelievable.
