Been On For Years?

Recommended Posts

The land looks very pretty, the house not so much.

Do you have a big family? I struggle to see what most people would do with 10 bedrooms!

This one is very familiar... I remember one (either this one or something very similar) that didn't have the kitchen done.

Wish I had the money for this one.

If only more people thought 'Wish this corrected in value instead of QE/0.5%/FLS/HTB, and there fewer innocents who just wanted a home at any price or believe in forever HPI'.

Plus issues such as building certificates required, and wondering how many people want the hassle of running such a business + questions of disposable incomes for holiday bookings.

It was on at Guide Price £895K it seems, some time ago (and another listing elsewhere at Guide Price £795K). http://www.dorsetecho.co.uk/homes/homes_for_sale/in/Walditch,%20Bridport,%20Dorset/from/30000/to/10000000/high-to-low/All/with/0/bedrooms/gallery/1234465/?ref=mvh

N.B. We are informed that the cottages require a buildings completion certificate.

after all this time there must be a reason for that!

Yeah and it depends what the BCO man is like how much uncovering he wants doing.
