No Rise In Value Of Peterborough M P's Property Between 2010 And 2012

Recommended Posts

I would be very surprised if his property had shown any increase between 2010-2012 in Peterborough. Sure he might be getting gains now that the tsunami rippling out from London has finally struck. But my recollections of 2012 was an inflation adjusted nadir on just about every index and the Market flat on its back. Only from about October did any recovery take hold, a pathetic recovery at that.
