Probably not known much outside the greater Teesside area.


Growing up in the area, I was always bumping into their new estates.

AFAIK they gave Barratt a run for their money on cr.pness.

Just goes to show the how dead the market is the further you get away from London - see my posts on the Yorkshire boards.

I know someone who's married into the family.

Fancy holidays abroad might come to an end then.

Doubt that somehow.

Nothing is real anymore. Could be a pre-pack administration job.

Father sold some land to a shill working for a local builder/councilor back in the 90's. Bankrupt several times over but you should have seen the house he lived in.
