Log Price Inflation.

 I like the £2k table made from fence posts, stylishly posed with £150 logs for seating. How much for a cable reel nicked off a building site to use as a table, or futuristic shelves made from concrete blocks and scaffold boards ?

Best get in quick - only two left!

When I first looked at that I thought it hilarious.

Then I thought about it and thought they weren't all bad.

But over £600 to kit out the dining room with four "chairs"... I don't think I'll go for it.

Is it like DFS where they'll all be 90% off in the sale?

Separately, a delivery of logs (firewood) seems to have gone up by about a fiver a year for the last four years.

I have heard stories of mature trees being cut down and "stolen" around here.

To call it a "chair" is misleading. That log is clearly a stool.
