Four suspect packages delivered to army careers offices bear "the hallmarks of Northern Ireland-related terrorism", Downing Street has said.

Packages were sent to armed forces recruitment centres in Oxford, Slough, Kent and Brighton.

The latest deliveries follow letter bombs sent to offices in Hampshire, Kent and Berkshire earlier this week.

Prime Minister David Cameron chaired a meeting of the Cobra emergencies committee to discuss the threat.

sort of, (certainly if they don't get their way politically after all the gerrymandering and political chicanery they will throw a hissy fit again)

and it's about to become a little bit clearer that the IRA still have links to people like hezbollah/hamas...and also the gaddaifi stuff in libya, that one gets interesting because he was very pally with blair......and you would have expoected the yanks, who have quite a large irish contingent to be rather upset at having so many of their countrymen blown up by a faction supposedly allied to the republican movement.( all of whom basically follow nazi doctrine) etc,...because all of those organisations are actually run by the same people behind the scenes.

..so we need to look at who was the main influence and sponsor of the nazis, and cut it out by its roots, not just pull off one or two leaves of this weed.

It will be the 'real' IRA lot - basically lots of bitter old men and some naive young uns that they have managed to instil their bitterness and hatred into.

These bomb devices, from press reports, were crude so it sounds like the bomb-maker(s) was some naive young kid or one of the nasty old sods making a 1970's style bomb. Nasty evil feckers. That is what nationalism gives you - blind hatred.

Lots of the old sods made fortunes out of various UK and EU grants, live on or close or just south of the border and have done very well indeed. They still are full of bile though and no doubt eager to instil in a new generation their own hatred.

It could be just one geriatic fecker who has taught his grandson how to build and mail bombs. Think of the paedo character Herbert from Family Guy - just nastier.

Hopefully the Police will track them down ASAP.
