Got an email to say that the Savills "London and National" auction will be held over *two* days rather than one

Looking through the list of their past auctions (goes back to 1999) I am unable to identify a previous instance of them having to do a two-dayer

Repossession up ? banks now releasing previously withheld repoe`s (UKAR) ? now HT2 is in place to fund the purchase

At some point all that forbearance will end and the banks will try and sell off at the new peak.

Looking around...we're at that new peak.

Floods of over-priced rubbish appears for northants in the last week and I mean floods !!!

Even saw one reappear that not sold for 700K for 2 years....now on at 800K !!!

There ainbt no shortage of places to buy...if your an idiot.
