Investing In Global Property Hotspots

Recommended Posts

BBC News channel - Panel of 'experts' i.e. 3 estate agents inc. Yolande Barnes.

'The old measures such as price/income ratios don't apply any longer due to cash rich globalistas.'

'It's different this time' blah blah

Can't find it on iPlayer just yet........you can watch it live and rewind it to 20.30 start I think.

'There's a chronic housing shortage in SE UK so I'd pick London' :o

Sounds like a contra call to me.

Yep, thanks for posting this. I generally watch so little TV now days I would have missed this. Really shows that the property world is now only interested in investing in these global cities! That can only end well! :P

Boris gave a video interview with a US news channel in Davos last week in which he was ramping London real estate as a global 'asset class'.

That's the Mayor of London. Not a home for Londoners, but an 'asset class'.

Edit: To add that the original link has now been replaced with the latest program. Another bete noir with BBC iplayer - links only up for 7 days.

Vile abomination that Johnson is, I've always maintained that they'd sell the UK's entire housing stock from under us if they could.
