Northampton Prices Are Flying....

"Town house prices are ‘set to rise by 10 percent in 2014’"

"The average house price in Northampton is now more than £180,000 and has 
increased in price by 14 per cent, latest figures have shown."

Land registry says 2.15% for northants...actually below inflation and by the time the end of year lag comes in expect no rises overall for the year.

This sort of advert should not be allowed.

Well done Count. (Re complaining to editor.) I suspect there is a lot of this 'loose' reporting about! We all need to be vigilant and remain suspicious.

Fair play tot he local rag, they actioned my complaint and updated the story to reflect the fact prices in Northampton ( according to the nationwide ) have risen 14% IN A DECADE !!!!!
