bobbo
Quite. What will the excuse be if the vote is Remain and yet house prices still tank which in my opinion is a very likely scenario. We must be at the wrong end of a cycle anyway. I suspect a lot more than just an HPC regardless of leave or remain.
bobbo
Brexit will result in about 3m rentals coming available. Remain - will result in speeding up of benefit reform, freeing up 2mrentals. Spot on.

Spin, Spin, Spin. I am absolutely sure, that even if more people vote exit than remain, the result will be for remain. I am convinced that this referendum will be rigged. It is sites like Housepricecrash that help to highlight the rampant corruption doled out like pudding from our Politicians and Banking sector. They are instrumental in creating the Champagne socialist / undemocratic superstate of George Orwell's worst nightmares. However, more people are waking up to the true state of things and the pressure is mounting. In my very wide search area across the South East and South West, there has been a massive number of asking price reductions coming on to the Market. For the first time since 2008-2010, my research allows me to know the game is up. With the no confidence letters flying around Westminster, Cameron and Osbourne are completely Fooked regardless of the referendum. Good riddance. Sh1tbags. Wish i was seeing the same this is what i get in my search area in the last 2 weeks. I believe i'm suffering from loaded Londoners escaping diversity. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/find.html?locationIdentifier=REGION%5E1130&minBedrooms=2&maxPrice=270000&numberOfPropertiesPerPage=24&radius=3.0&sortType=2&index=0&propertyTypes=detached%2Csemi-detached%2Cbungalow%2Cterraced&maxDaysSinceAdded=14&includeSSTC=false&viewType=LIST The referendum is already rigged, just look at the voting slips and the establishments backing "stay". Its supposed to be close to 50/50 yet there are only a few vocal Tory MP's and even less from the Labour party. Though rigged vote counting or ballet boxes pre packed with remain voting cards would not surprise me, Britain has become the Orwellian nightmare you suggest. suntory
So the land registry published the newest data set today. Did anyone have a chance to look at that? In particular I'm curious to know by how much volume has tanked.

spyguy
No one will be sent packing. No. HB and tax credits will be removed. 80%+ of EU migrants are claiming them.
Rigged
No. HB and tax credits will be removed. 80%+ of EU migrants are claiming them. Fair point, will they actually get these cancelled though? Im thinking even if 1 million departed GDP would drop and the ever increasing debt would no longer be serviceable, (not that it is now) hence the neo liberals running the BREXIT campaign wouldn't push for it. CentrinoDuo
I think I'm probably a remainer but literally everyone else in my social circles is for a Brexit. I can't believe these polls showing Bremain with a comfortable lead. I have voted Remain (postal) and expect majority of my friends and colleague, including those who said they'll vote for Brexit, will vote for Remain. Disclaimer: majority of my friends are fellow antipodean. Colleagues however are a mixture from all over the world.

Before mass immigration from the EU Ozzies and Kiwis got a 2 year work visa, and it was easy to extend, now its one year and not so easy to extend. I don't know 1 person voting remain, and all my friends are English working class.

Damik
Boris just published his Brexit immigration policy aka Australia. What means UK exiting the EU common market and applying for an EU trade deal such as Canada. Interesting times ...
