November Land Registry House Price Index

Wales the only place where repos going up.

I think that is the tip of the iceberg though ,certain parts Wales (/Swansea/Gower/ south/ west/vale Glamorgan/Cardiff) must have the largest disconnect between wages and house price in the whole of the UK

Quite funny. They've now included an hpi stat including repos for comparison purposes. Because repos are falling, the hpi including repos is now higher than without. Good time to implement the measure. B)

Also interesting that they state that repos figures weren't fully available or implemented, or somat, until 2006
