Anyone else getting a message from M$ action centre about this on windoze?

I've ran various scans with different software and as the Sophos link states there was a crash of the services.exe relating to the time this "virus" was detected. So feel it's a false positive generated by M$. Interesting that this got flagged by win7 but win defender wasn't active.
