Fls Removal Starting To Affect Rates?

Recommended Posts

First evidence of FLS removal and rising bond rates on mortgage rates?

http://themortgagemeter.com/#/latest_changes

Chelsea has upped some rates, as has Natwest.... but have dropped some also. First red on the board for a while tho.

The key rates I'm keeping an eye on are the cheapest 5 and 10 year fixes (YBS and N&P). They will be an interesting signal.
